Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Very Good in a Very Good dust jacket. Reprint of the 1867 edition. Volume 24 in the Mariners Library. 214 pp, illustrated, 2 maps. Minor staining to fore edge, some foxing to the first and last few pages. Else clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is price-clipped and chipped at the corners and spine ends. MacGregor was famed for his books about adventuring by canoe, and was invited to be part of a British Regatta on the Seine during the Paris exhibition of 1867. Here he recounts of his solo journey from London to Paris to attend.
