First Edition. Publisher's green cloth lettered in gilt, beveled edges. Rubbing to extremities, small bump to fore edge of boards. Signed by Blunt on the front free endpaper and dated September 1921. Underneath there are additional inscriptions noting that Blunt’s son-in-law, Neville Stephen Bulwer-Lytton, 3rd Earl of Lytton, received it from Blunt and later sent it to his friend Celia Clark in California. Clark’s attractive bookplate is on the front free endpaper .A near fine copy with unique provenance.
