Chicago and New York: Lewis Publishing Company, 1910.
First Edition. Hardcover. Good. Complete set, 8 x 10.75 inches in black cloth boards with leather spines and corners. A good reading/reference set, internally in very nice condition, but with defects to the bindings. Volume I has both boards loose (but still attached) and some loss of the leather on the lower part of the spine. Volume II is in very good condition, with just some light rubbing to corners and edges and a small spot of white paint on the front board. Volume III is missing the lower third of the spine, spine (backstrip) is split at rear joint, and rear board is loose (but attached). Due to weight, shipping cost will be more than standard for priority or international orders. A comprehensive and valuable history of Ohio's Western Reserve (including the counties of Trumbull, Lorain, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Medina, Erie, Huron, Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Mahoning, and Portage), extensively illustrated with maps, photographs, and portraits, and containing short biographies of the "leading citizens" of each county.
