Light rubbing to corners, a few finger smudges on half-title page, otherwise clean, binding sound. In addition to the catalgoue, chronology, and bibliography, there are four essays: "Drawings and Etchings" by Robert Hoozee; "The Devil's Mirror, Private Fantasy and Public Vision" by Susan M. Canning; "Mystic Death of a Theologian" by Marcel de Maeyer, and "The Grotesque in Ensor's Oeuvre" by Herwig Todts.
