Map. Fair. NP, ND. Scarce bird's-eye view of the greater Morro Bay area, created to promote the new development of Baywood Park in San Luis Obispo County, California. Developer Richard S. Otto purchased the land in the early 1920s and developed it over the next two decades, making this view difficult to date, but it is probably from the late 1930s or 1940s. Unfortunately the condition of this copy is fair only. It has sustained water damage -- visible mainly at the bottom margin, but causing mild rippling to the whole map--and has folding creased and a short tear (no loss) along one fold. 11 x 14 inches. Would likely appear reeasonably attractive if framed. One copy located in OCLC (Yale), and we noted a second at Cal State San Luis Obispo.
