First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good in a Good dust jacket. Folio - over 12 - 15" tall. 233 pp, indexed and extensively illustrated in both color and b/w. Blue cloth boards have just slight wear, binding is tight, contents clean. Inscribed on the title page "with respect" from Robicsek to a noted anthropologist. Dust jacket is heavily worn, with some sizeable chips and a horizontal tear to the front panel with some loss. Now protected by a mylar cover. The first comprehensive study of tobacco use among the ancient Mayas. Due to size, shipping charges will be more than standard for priority or international orders.
