First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. Number 266 of a limited edition of 700 copies, all signed by the author on the limitation page. xxxiii, 462 pp, with many illustrations, folding profile. A very good copy with minor wear to the boards, inscribed on the front free endpaper from Jack and Eda Kendrick to Deane and Mrs. Glessner, founding owners of the Drowsy Water Ranch -- a dude ranch and ski resort near Granby, Colorado, which is still operational today. (We presume the Kendricks were guests). Neate M180 ("lists the earliest attempts on the peaks"), Howes M-892.
