Softcover. Near fine. Accordion-folded brochure, 3 x 6 inches, with 8 panels printed on both sides, including beautiful color covers. Undated, but internal evidence suggests 1923. Tiny tear at one fold, else fine. One one side, seven panels offer an itinerary for seven days of exploring the greater Miami area, including a scenic drive and visit to Royal Palm Park, a boat trip "down Biscayne Bay to Cape Florida past Villa Vizcaya and other palatial homes," playing golf, swimming, fishing, a visit to the Everglades, attending William Jennings Bryan's "world's largest Sunday School class" at the park, and driving through the Deering estate. On the other side, five illustrated panels offer general information about the attractions of "the Wonder City of America." Two additional panels offer an extensive of list of hotels and rental apartments, with daily and seasonal rates.
