Hardcover. Very Good. Two octavo volumes.Volume I: lxiv, xix, 448 pp. Volume II: x, 468 pp; subscriber list in Vol. I. Later 19th century morocco-backed marbled paper over boards. Boards rubbed, paper cracked over hinges, but bindings still quite sound, contents clean. Vol. I has a list of 800 subscribers. Tracts originally written between 1465 and 1762, the vast majority are from the 17th century. Many relate to the Revolution and Restoration, to religious controversy, to universities, and to titled households. Includes letters, discourses, extracts, lists of legal proceedings, answers to charges, and other materials. Due to size, shipping will be more than standard for Priority or International orders.
