Promotes the sale of 51 lots (each individually priced) of "beautiful property...in the midst of a choice residence portion of the city of Santa Rosa," boasting that "Nothing in California surpasses this tract." Lots range in price from $400 and $1000, and two are marked as already sold. The agent is H.M. McKnight, a Methodist minister who is described in an 1895 issue of the San Francisco Call as having been "agent of Pacific Methodist College" in Santa Rosa for several years. 4 copies located in OCLC (Stanford, Berkeley, Sonoma County, Yale).
