From the artist: "I am fascinated by the source of color in flowers as I am as fascinated by their terminal beauty. I am not afraid to mix complimentary colors together so as to be muddy of moody. There is so much paint and so little time. I wrestle with abstract non-objective painting because I can't be totally aware all the time even with maintenance and I don't like decoration. A limit of color is the limit of my evolution."
