Very good. Undated (c. 1860) engraved, hand-colored view of the Merchants' Exchange Building (now 55 Wall Street) in New York City. Image (size 4 1/8" x 8 1/8" or 10.5 x 20.5 cm) appears at the top of a folded lettersheet. LIght browning at edges, some shallow creases. Very good.
