According to the Executive Summary, the study "was designed primarily to develop long-range (twenty-year) projections of population, employment, dwelling units, and land use." Includes many maps and tables of data on population growth and residential, commercial, and industrial development in different districts (Whittier, Fullerton, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, El Toro).
