Softcover. Very good. Trade catalogue, 4.25" x 7.25, [16] pp, illustrated, in original color-printed wrappers. About very good, with some pale staining to front wrapper, general handling wear, central gathering detached at staples. According to the introductory text, "feathers are no longer a luxury, but are an absolute necessity for every woman in the land." The Ostrich Farm Feather Co. offers to supply that need directly, "thereby saving the many middle profits which heretofore have nearly doubled the cost to the wearers." In addition to showcasing several products (single plumes, bunches, boas, stoles, and muffs), the catalogue includes four pages of "Ostrich Facts" (providing information on the successful breeding and monetary value of the birds, but conveniently omitting the fact that the birds were slaughtered before their feathers were harvested).
