Archive of Advertising Circulars and Correspondence Relating to the Lumber Industry, 1899-1903
Very good. A collection of advertising circulars, price lists, and related correspondence from companies selling lumber, shingles, wood flooring, saws, and logging tools. All were sent to Arthur Kimball, owner of a shingle and clapboard mill in East Grafton, New Hampshire, between 1899 and 1903. Includes items from 24 different businesses (several contributing more than one piece), most in New England, but others from New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, and Alabama. There are many attractive letterheads, and most are accompanied by original mailing envelopes. Very good condition.
